How to solve the problem of network connection
1),Voice prompt for Wi-Fi connection:
Step1: Please use mobile phone for WiFi configuration
Step2: Di, di, Please wait for WiFi connecting
Step3: Please wait for Internet connecting
Step4: Internet connected Welcome to use cloud camera
Troubleshooting:
1,If the first voice prompt didn't come out, please press the black reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera.
2,If the second voice prompt and the beep didn't come out, WiFi Smart Connection or QR Code scan failed, please check the lens and wipe it clean then raise the brightness of your mobile phone, the distance between the lens and the phone must be around 20cm.
3,If the third voice prompt didn't come out, it means the camera can't get the ip address from the router, please restart the WiFi router and try again.
4,If the forth voice prompt didn't come out, it means server connection failed, probable causes: product ID issue, network problem, WiFi router problem, please send the mac address to the seller.
